what to expect before and after getting married


Marriage is the legal union of two people, who are joined together after they obtain a marriage license from their state and take part in a ceremony. In most states, only a man and a woman can get married, but in Massachusetts, same-sex couples can marry too. In some other states, same-sex partners can enter into marriage-like relationships with rights and obligations similar to those of marriage.In some states, heterosexual couples can become legally married without a license or ceremony, this type of marriage is called a "common law" marriage. A common law marriage is created when two people live together for a significant period of time.


Before the wedding: you wedding day is the most important day of your life, it`s also the beginning of your life together as a couple. if you are preparing to get married there are some services to help you make everything perfect. When you get married, the rights and responsibilities of that relationship are defined by the laws of the state in which you live. However, you and your spouse may be able to modify the rules by creating a premarital agreement...

Take a deep breath and relax. This is supposed to be a dream come true, a day you will both remember for the rest of your lives. And it will be. Formal or informal, big or small, any wedding is a bit of a production. While preparation is key to having your big day go off without a hitch, remember to keep things in perspective. And, if you stick to your budget and avoid handling all of the preparations alone, you can keep your stress level down and enjoy the planning process as much as the wedding.

My Vacations



Hi classmates! how was your vacations? . how can explain my vacations??? just look the picture.. this is a incredible place named bridge of god and is the one of the biggest attractions in the state of San Luis Potosi, is a natural bridge with a nice lagoon where waterfalls pour down on all sides.. I visited this place with my sister, friends and.. my brother in law jaja.. Only I joke.. the real problem was to find the correct way, but around 1:00 p.m. we arrive finally!!!
and at the end we have a fun...
It was difficult to take a picture because in that moment I`ll forgot my cellphone in the truck.. however...and the greatest thing about is that my mon doesn`t know nothing about this trip!!! keep me a secret.... I hope you can visit a bridge the next vacations it will fantastic!!

If You Want To Change Your Appearance.....


HERE I HAVE SOME ADVICES TO CHANGE... YOU NEED TO FOLLOW THEM, STEP BY STEP!!

1. Take it one step at a time
Start by paying attention to what you eat. Cut back on fat and sweets and add more fruit and vegetables. After you have that under control, add exercise. If you hate to do exercise try it for only 15 minutes a day at first, then a 1/2 hour. Keep in mind that while you are exercising you burn calories. Also, it will be perfect if you chose an activity that you enjoy.
2. Find a friend
It is always good to have support when you are trying to lose weight. Find a friend who wants to lose weight too and compare notes and maybe have a contest.
3. Use weights
Working out weights will build muscle and raise your metabolism so you will burn more calories. Also, muscle takes up less space than fat so you will be smaller but probably weigh more.
4. Eat fewer carbs
Don't eat as much bread and pasta and you will see a difference.
5. Set a goal
Set a limit to lose the weight and write it down. Put it somewhere you will see it daily.
6. Give up soda
If you drink a soda or 2 a day you are adding empty calories. If you find hard to stop completly, cut back at first and drink water instead.
7. Grill or boil
Avoid fried meat, grill and use lots of spices. You will get used to it and probably enjoy it more.
8. Don't buy junk food
When you go shopping, don't go on hungry and you will be less likely to buy junk food. Keep your home 'junk food free' so you won't be tempted to indulge.
9. Eat breakfast
Consume most of your calories early during the day and always eat breakfast. Don't eat after 8pm and not only will you avoid those added calories but you will sleep better.
10. Give yourself a treat
When you tell yourself that you can't have something you want. Give yourself a treat once a day and you won't feel you are missing out.
11. Use smaller plates
deceive yourself into believing that you are eating more by using a smaller plate.
12. Drink lots of water
Drink water when you are feeling hungry and you will get that "full" feeling.
13. Don't eat everything on your plate
Many times we eat just because it's there. Pay attention when you have had enough.
14. Eat five or six meals a day
Eating more frequently will keep you from getting hungry.
15. Plan your workout sessions
Write your workout sessions in your journal or planner.
16. Stay away from fad diets
Fad diets don't work. If you lose weight fast chances are that you will gain it back just as fast. It takes time to put it on and time to take it off.
17. Do several workouts a day
While you are watching TV do crunches and leg lifts or exercise thighs when you are sweeping.
18. Measure your food
If you decide to have junk food for a snack, be sure to control what you eat. In that way you will never feel bad with yourself.
19. Keep pre-cut vegetables
...and try to avoid those cravings.
20. Create Good Habits
when you practice any activity a lot of times it turns into habit. Create good nourishing habits

The best and worst times of a day

Here I am...Again writing about my day. this morning I get up early around 7:00 a.m. cause of I want to visit my parents. In my opinion the best time of a day is when the dinner is coming soon and the reason of this is because when i`m very concentrated in my english class my sense of smell can identify a combination of delicious smells like a roast meat, onion, hot-dog and chili and that make me feel hungry!!
Another thing that I enjoy is by playing with my small neighbor when it is time to go home my neighbor is waiting me to colored her book- I considered that it`s funny to choose a picture to colored, by doing this activity I am feel relax about.
And the worst time of a day is when time to sleep is coming, around midnight. If I could choose about sleep and not, I prefer not sleep because in eight hours you can do any activity or have a date, you can be useful in this time..
But the best and worst times of a day depends of your attitude at difficult or easy situation.
I consider if you want to have a good day you need to reflect a positive attitude, being tolerant when any situation complicate your day.
